​​​Registration Requirements 

​

To finalize your registration, please ensure the following requirements are met:

1. Refundable Registration Deposit (proof of payment) 

• Immovable Auctions: R50 000.00 

• Movable Auctions: R10 000.00 

• Floor bidders may make Instant/Immediate EFT payments or cash deposits at the Sheriff Halfway House/Alexandra auction venue.

2. FICA Documents 

• Individuals: 

  • Copy of a valid ID document. 

  • Copy of proof of address. 

  • Proof of payment of the refundable registration deposit. 

• On behalf of a Company or CC: 

  • Power of attorney authorizing the bidder to bid on behalf of the specified company or CC. 

  • Copy of the ID of the bidder. 

  • Company or CC CIPRO documents.
