Registration Requirements
To finalize your registration, please ensure the following requirements are met:
1. Refundable Registration Deposit (proof of payment)

Immovable Auctions: R50 000.00

Movable Auctions: R10 000.00

Floor bidders may make Instant/Immediate EFT payments or cash deposits at the Sheriff Halfway House/Alexandra auction venue.
2. FICA Documents

Individuals:

Copy of a valid ID document.

Copy of proof of address.

Proof of payment of the refundable registration deposit.

On behalf of a Company or CC:

Power of attorney authorizing the bidder to bid on behalf of the specified company or CC.
